Where do you send the goods?
We send goods to Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
What is the dispatch time?
All orders received are dispatched no later than the next working day. If your order requires engraving, this time may be extended in exceptional cases. However, this happens very rarely.
What is the delivery time?
Within Slovakia it is the next working day after dispatch. For the Czech Republic it is 2-5 working days. In exceptional cases there may be a delay, for example if you live in more remote locations or in the peak season before Christmas. However, this rarely happens.
Which couriers do you use?
Exclusively DPD. We have a very good experience with them.
Do you have a brick-and-mortar shop?
No, we only work via the internet, where we run several e-shops.
Can I pick up my order in person at your place?
No, we do not offer this option at the moment. It would increase our costs, which we would have to reflect in the price.
Do you have the goods in stock?
Yes, we have all goods in stock. This is the only way we can ensure quality service and fast delivery times. This is very important to us.
How can I pay?
We offer the possibility of payment on delivery or by card payment via the Internet.

- Over the internet – pay in advance with your credit or debit card via Stripe
Czech Republic
- Via Internet – pay in advance with your credit or debit card via Stripe
How much do you charge for cash on delivery or card payment?
Nothing, all fees are borne by us. The price of the item and shipping is the only thing we charge (don’t forget that shipping is free with a certain cart value!). We have absolutely no hidden costs or fees.
