Our philosophy
our managing director has lived abroad (specifically in England) for over 20 years and knows exactly how a quality e-shop should work! We know that product quality, delivery time and communication is just as (or more) important than price alone! After all, why do you want an item that you bought cheaply, but won’t be delivered at all, or only after two weeks?
This is what’s important for us…
Fast delivery
We offer only one delivery method, and we deliver fast. After all, when you pay for something you want it as soon as possible, not a month later :). We ship all orders no later than the next business day! If your order requires engraving it may take a day longer in exceptional cases.
No charges
You pay nothing extra! By that we mean that you will not be surprised by any cash on delivery, credit card or courier charges. Why should you pay extra for that?
Goods realistically in stock
Have you ever ordered something and then found out they don’t have it in stock? In the best case scenario, they won’t deliver it to you for 2 weeks? We will never allow this style of selling to happen to me! We don’t claim that we never sell out of anything, but we always try to keep the goods in stock!
Communication
Good communication is the alpha and omega. This is what we care about.
Good price and quality
We do not sell cheap goods. We sell very high quality glasses, cutlery and china at reasonable prices.We only sell quality goods. Quality simply costs something and with cheap goods the customer is dissatisfied. We want to keep our customers to come back to us and to be as satisfied as possible…to recommend us to their family and friends
We do not deceive you
There are very many e-shops out there and like all of us, we also have competition… some e-shops are very good, some are weaker. But basically we don’t blacken the competition because it’s not professional. We forge our own path with our own philosophy and positive attitude!
